How do I get contact information from candidates?
Boom uses a match score as a way to efficiently match candidates with jobs. If the match score is high enough, you can choose to “connect” with a candidate, in order to facilitate chat. During chat, if the candidate feels compelled to take next steps, they will reveal their contact details to you.
How is the platform priced?
The billable unit is a “connect.” Our match score puts highly relevant candidates in front of you. You see their anonymous, but detailed “talent card.” If the person looks like a good fit for your role, you can click “connect.” The candidate is notified by email that a recruiter is interested. At that point, they have 24 hours to respond to your connect request and chat messages. If they don’t respond, their match score is docked.
